About Us
Ad Hoc Law Associates is a full service attorney search firm that
facilitates the hiring of associates, acquisition of partners, and
merger of partners, groups or firms. Founded in 1986 by Suzanne Pallot,
a native Floridian from Miami Beach who's family has been a prominent
part of the Florida legal community for more than seventy years, the
firm is most proud of its reputation for providing knowledgeable and
professional services for attorneys and law firms.

Ms. Pallot earned both her Bachelor of Arts
degree and Master of Science degree at the University of Wisconsin,
Madison. Prior to starting Ad Hoc she worked with the University of
Miami School of Law as Assistant Director of Career Counseling.
She is actively involved in the Miami community, serving on the Friends
for Sylvester Board of Directors of the University of
Miami/Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. She is also involved in
Bar Associations activities and sponsorships.

|

Miguel Merino is Ad Hoc’s Administrative
Assistant. He is currently a Marketing undergrad at Florida
International University. He has been with Ad Hoc for one year
and a half.
